Sparrow vs. Human

I am honestly so disgusted and saddened with some people's incorrect valuation of Harambe, the Gorilla vs. the life of a 4yr old boy...that I just had to be yet another voice from the crowd in support of the decision the zoo took. And let's just clear up from the beginning that this whole issue has absolutely nothing to do with the mother's irresponsibility. Person who is outraged by the killing of Harambe the gorilla...let me tell you about a little conversation I have with my kids in India, who see animals badly treated, and yet see the cow worshipped. "Just because the government says, when forced to choose, you must hit a human being instead of a sacred cow when driving on the road, according to traffic law...does not mean that it is a correct valuation of life! YOU, treasured, beloved, child of God, are worth more than many sparrows (yet not one falls to the ground apart from your Father's will), and YOU are worth more than all the cows in India! YOU are fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of God(the only creature given similar characteristics of God), and by Him you have been given the responsibility to rule over the fish in the sea, the birds of the air, and EVERY living creature that moves on the ground! And in the same speech I say...but oh how precious are the animals that God has so carefully and beautifully created, so we should show great concern, love, and respect for them and all of God's creation...not ever abusing, harming, or killing it/him/her without cause. And the point is, there was cause in the case with the endangered gorilla.
